COVID-19 - Customer information
We would like to inform our clients that we continue to be fully operational during the current coronavirus situation.
Our 16 offices remain open and staffed, although employees have also been given the option of working from home. Our colleagues can be contacted during our normal business hours.
We continue to conduct site visits. Our surveyors and loss adjusters are kept abreast of the latest COVID-19 guidance and are instructed to follow the rules strictly. They are requested not to put themselves or others at any risk during site visits, and to discontinue on-site inspections if they have any safety concerns. If a particular inspection cannot be conducted owing to safety precautions, we will commence desktop handling of the claim, taking the necessary steps by telephone and email. By arrangement, we are also able to offer video surveys, if the occasion demands and where conditions permit.
Although we are not expecting any bottlenecks in our workflows, we will inform you if they do arise.
